My name is Ionela Dobrean and I\u2019m a licensed Nutritionist-Dietitian, graduating from the Faculty of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in T\u00e2rgu-Mure\u0219 with a Master\u2019s in Clinical and Community Nutrition. Being a wife and mother, with an extremely busy schedule I know that time is very precious nowadays, but nevertheless I have learned how to organize myself to have a healthy lifestyle, and this is what I want to teach you too.<\/p>

You may be overwhelmed by the multitude of diets on the market and information about what a healthy diet means, or you may not know which things to focus on, but I\u2019m here to give you the necessary science-based information for you to learn what is the base of a healthy diet and what choices to make depending on the situation.<\/span><\/p>

My life changed when I started studying nutrition, reading about nutrition and keeping up to date with the latest research in the field. Using all the information I gained, I realized that my lifestyle could change over time by changing my daily habits. Through this wonderful profession, I feel fortunate to be a support, a source of information and an example for all those people who are aware of the importance of healthy eating and need guidance towards a healthy lifestyle, a healthy way to lose weight or improve their health.<\/span><\/p>

My goal is to help you lose weight in a healthy way but at the same time to change your eating habits to form a healthy lifestyle, which is why personalized diet plans are created in a easy way to follow and containing your favorite foods long-term.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

My work is global with busy people, families or people with a lot of health problems, so my diet plans are personalized because each one of us is unique and have different preferences.<\/span><\/p>

During my three years of study, I studied nutrition in Spain for six months at the University of Valencia through the Erasmus program and spent another 12 months in the United States for an exchange of experiences that helped me observe the lifestyle of different cultures.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

I continued my studies with a master\u2019s degree in Clinical and Community Nutrition at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Targu Mures where I acquired new skills and information that helped me work better with a wide range of people from young children to elderly and groups of people.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Being from Transylvania, I decided to relocate to a different area that\u2019s somehow different from what I was used to and so I chose Bucharest where I worked for a private company as a nutritionist \u2013 dietician. Here I had the opportunity to work with a variety of people.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

I decided to return to my hometown Reghin (Mures), to start my own business.
