Following the purchase of this program, you will receive a diet questionnaire where you will answer questions related to your current lifestyle, health problems, proposed goals, etc. Based on this questionnaire, I will create your diet plans to be 100% personalized according to your current weight, level of physical activity, food preferences, time needed to cook food, etc. The diet plans will be ready in maximum 5 working days after receiving the written questionnaire.

Each second week you will need to submit your weight and centimeters to see how you are progressing. You will also have constant support during these 4 weeks on Whatsapp where you will be able to ask questions about the diet plans. You will also be part of a private group on Facebook where I will post results, recipes, feedback from other customers and you will receive the necessary motivation throughout the change.
