Following the purchase of this program, you will receive a diet questionnaire where you will answer questions related to your current lifestyle, health problems, proposed goals, etc. Based on this questionnaire, we will set a date and hour for a video / audio consultation for 30 minutes, during which we will discuss what lifestyle changes you need to make, we will determine how long it will take you to reach the desired weight plus the information which will help me create the diet plans so that it will be as easy as possible for you to put them into practice. The diet plans will be ready in maximum 5 working days after receiving the written questionnaire.
You will have weekly monitoring. For this, you will need to send me your weight and centimeters every week so that we can track your progress and make the right changes to your diet if necessary. You will also have constant support during these 4 weeks on Whatsapp or mail where you will be able to ask questions about the diet plans.
